BBNP visitor centre closures

I think the closures are short sighted and detrimental to the park. As a regular user of the facilities I will be deprived of an important of my heratage

Visited the centre many times and would be a sad loss to the area. Have trained there and visited there. This should not happen.

This should not happen - it is an important resource for the area.

Would be a terrible blow for tourism in the National Park if the info centre was closed. Myself and family visit there often and find it an excellent place to find out what's happening.. Its one of the most beautiful parts of Wales and the information centre is a real draw for tourists.

My family and I regularly visit the visitors center. We shop at the gift / maps store often and have relied on the information desk to help with planning safe, successful hikes and camping trips. I believe that the visitor's center is a jewel in the crown of South Wales' tourism industry and a great place for local artists and craftspersons to showcase and sell their wares contributing significantly to the local economy. It is my opinion that such closures are extremely short-sighted and would undermine the attractiveness of the Brecon Beacon Mountains as a tourist destination and therefore threaten the local economy even further.

This centre is the primary visitors centre for our national gem. This facility should be expanded and improved not closed!!! Wake up and use our resources to enhance our country's tourism don't destroy it.

I think closing these sites will have a detrimental effect on tourists visiting these areas - particularly the waterfall centre - as the waterfalls can be difficult to find.

The beacons weren't be the same without the centre's.

Even in these days of technology people need local information regarding route details and weather conditions. Best provided by people on the ground, human contact

It will be such a loss for all. Wales is a beautiful country and we should be proud to show it off in all it's glory and provide information for visitors to encourage tourism.

We visited for the first time at the end of January 2016 and were told the Visitor Centre may close, which would be a shame as it was a stunning location with excellent facilities and we would like to return again. We live in Swansea.

Every National Park needs a Visitor Centre; it is essential to the tourist industry which brings vital money into the wider economy! I live in Bristol byt travelled to Brecon and visited the Centre first to understand where to go & what to do!
