BBNP visitor centre closures

I fully support the objection for a reduction of services at the bbnp libanus, this will have a detrimental effect on the whole tourist trade that the park provides

These closures seem ridiculous. There must at least be some commercial opportunities to keep the Visitor centres viable.. All over the countries new ones are being opened.

The information available at the Mountain Centre is a valuable resource for walkers/cyclists and also a useful educational tool for children.

This is an appalling plan! There is too little attention paid to our heritage as it is, please don't make it worse by closing this centre

A wonderful place where it is educational and its aesthetics are appealing to all ages.

I think it is absolutely disgusting that plans are afoot to close this wonderful place. It is an excellent educational place and full of wildlife. An ideal place for visitors and walkers to get information and a place to rest before continuing their visit to the area.

I believe that both information centres provide a valuable service to visitors and locals including schools, without them visitors numbers may drop. Also the information centre helps those unaccustomed to walking and exploring to do so safely therefore closing the centres could increase the number of accidents in the area.

Please do not close the visitor centre? It is and has been an excellent facility used by many and much loved. Do not close make it work for you to generate revenue, it attracts visitors bringing money to the region - closure is another false economy. local resident and regular user

As a Head of Geography in Brecon I know that local students - Brecon's future citizens - gain a lot of knowledge about the importance of the National Park from the facilities that have been proposed to close.

A very short-sighted proposal

This closure would be a sad loss for all visitors,, staff and the local community. Walkers rely on the vital information offered to them . A beautiful haven to sit and take in the spectacular views an enoy refreshments

I have used this centre and facilities several times and when people from abroad visit me, this is always a pleasure to them. It is a contradiction in terms to close a facility that enhances the parks public appeal internationally.

Need to keep it and use it.

Safe the information centres, they are an integral part of the park.

This is a complete failure to understand why we have National Parks in the first place!

Please don't close the visitor centre! We have regularly visited with our two daughters and now visit with our grandchildren. Visitors from the USA always comment very favourably

This is far too important to be closed. The UK government are on one hand trying to encourage the public to "move more" for health so why close an accessory that helps us to get out and about for a walk. Hypocritical!

Think how to keep the Visitor Centre open, not how to close it. THE NPA has lost sight of its function if it pursues this crazy scheme for closure.

Don't do it

Please keep the information centres open as they are extremely useful to visitors to the area.
