We the residents of Baxter Village hereby Petition ClearSprings to permit the wooden birdhouses nailed to the trees along our roadways, be allowed to remain and foster the increase of the wild bird population within our community.
We further request that the individual that put them up, be allowed to continue to put them into place within the trees that are able to sustain them.
We understand the concern for the tree's health due to the nail, but all research conducted clearly states if the tree is mature enough , it will heal the wound caused by the nail.
