There are a lot of older people in North Shields that wont be able ri travel to other branches and who dont do online. Pkease dont close it.

My elderly mother uses this bank and it will be a great loss to her as she struggles to to use online banking and needs a local branch which she can go to .

I live inNorth Shields And bank at Barclays I don’t want to travel to Wallsend as it would cost more to get there please don’t close north shield branch down

A taxi fare from north shields is £13.00 one way would be the same reverse at to days rates, plus the standing time to add on for lights and joining the present volume of town traffic.

I think it is disgusting the way barclays bank are treating there North Shields customers they say that only 189 customers use there North Shields branch if that is the case they should also close the wallsend branch as I have friends who who work there and say it's worse than North Shields branch
