Ever since S3 staff have rigged elites in the favor of their respective teams, not S3 of defuse S3 of teams. As a community we've tried alot to solve this for example banning alliances in S6 but nothing has ever worked. Nothing will until we address the obvious conflict of interest with the referees and (T.Organizers) having a personal stake in the outcome. This is why I ask you to join me in demanding that all staff are banned from being on elite teams without exemption and assurance from Serial that any staff member caught cheating in S10 and a potential S4 is demoted immediately.

In my opinion, with what I've seen in the time I've been in defly just lurking since s5 i can say that either we spread out the TO's more, or as ts post says just have them not be on elite teams at all.
corrupt TOs, corrupt staff, even though they actually did something for elite defuse by cracking down on alts we need some better decision making TOs
i have autism
We don't want the TO's giving us up, letting us down, running around and deserting us, making us cry, saying goodbye, telling lies to hurt us.
I hate being a TO

I don't know much about the s3 situation but I'm positive that removing the staff from the playing field evens out the fairness of elite teams and it would make the upcoming teams season play out better. - Drome
