In my opinion, with what I've seen in the time I've been in defly just lurking since s5 i can say that either we spread out the TO's more, or as ts post says just have them not be on elite teams at all.

Can't have people running a competition also playing in it. It's common sense.

I don't know much about the s3 situation but I'm positive that removing the staff from the playing field evens out the fairness of elite teams and it would make the upcoming teams season play out better. - Drome
