We ask CESTOF to bring back Eli as a co-owner and restore the fair, steady leadership that helped the server work better for everyone.

The claims made about Eli are not true. The logs show that Eli muted two people: Jakub once for arguing, and another person for arguing outside the debate channel. That is not the same as muting random people or banning members without reason. Eli was known for giving people second chances and handling conflict with more patience.

Since Eli was removed, the server has lost channels and structure that made it better for the community. Many of us have felt the difference in how the server is run. Instead of calm moderation and room to improve, people now worry about being banned without warning, especially when they bring up what bearmax said to cesarys.

A server works best when moderation is fair, transparent, and consistent. People should not be punished for speaking up, and no one should be blamed based on false claims. If someone made a mistake, it should be looked at honestly, with the full record in mind.

We are asking for Eli to be reinstated as a co-owner inside CESTOF, and for the server to return to fair moderation, second chances, and the better community that people valued before.
