Dear Niantic Ops,

we, the Trainer community in Aachen, Germany, have been suffering from illegal activities by a GPS Spoofer who goes by the name, "Badpastafari".

He's been taking over local gyms all over the city and bubbling them (using the Bubblestrat method) all the way from his own desk/home. Other than that it gives a certain team an unfair advantage over the others, it damages the integrity of the game and harms the whole community by disturbing the normal flow of the game.

There are many others spoofers active in the city of course, and we know you are trying your best to stop such illegal activities. But none is as much solid proven to be spoofing as Badpastafari. Tens of players from all three teams have confirmed that he is not to be found anywhere around when engaging a certain gym. What he is doing is also on the extreme side of what a spoofer could do, given the frequency and rate he works at each day. It not only couldn't be tolerated anymore but also renders certain game activities useless, even those of his own team.

Therefore, we ask you to address this case by at least investigating his activities yourself. Or take all of our witnesses into account and ban him immediately.
