To Whom It May Concern:

We, the players of Seine realm, are very disturbed about events that we see unfolding with one of the players on the realms known as “Talented Man”, in the game and Joseph Burroughs, in real life. Unfortunately it seems that although he has lost his troops on multiple occasions, Kabam has returned them to him, which according to Kabam itself almost “never happens”. Joseph/Talented Man has even been so boastful as to show us the correspondence between himself and Kabam that in fact backs up the fact that his troops were properly beaten.

While we do know that glitches do happen in the game, and there are circumstances where troops should be returned, we also know this is not one of them.

We would also like to point out that this player, aside from being constantly rude to others, he is harassing, threatens, embarrasses and makes inappropriate and offensive statements to others. He uses racially or ethnically insulting statements to other Kabam users, and frequently spams in chat. Joseph/Talented Man embarrasses players, is very degrading to them and belittles their personal lives at every opportunity. It is obvious to the players of the Seine realm that he is apparently cheating and making fraudulent claims to Kabam regarding the status of his troops, in order to get his troops returned to him so he can continue to play the game.

Many of us have worked hard to defeat this player on the game and numerous reports have been sent to Kabam with no changes being made. We feel as if the game itself is now being undermined by Kabam itself.

We, the undersigned, are extremely upset and discouraged that this has happened as it goes to the fundamental fairness that Kabam touts as its mission, creed and motto on these games

We would like to see this situation rectified immediately, either through his removal and/or the removal of the troops on this account.

We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter and hope your Kabam gives this matter the prompt attention it deserves.
