To bring you up to date.....last minute information was submitted for the Commissioner's consideration but the County Attorney recommended that the Planning Department staff review prior to submitting to the Commissioners, so the rezoning issue has been deferred until the July 10 Commission meeting. So please, continue to spread the word and gather signatures and comments for presentation at the meeting in July. Please share this petition with your friends and family. This rezoning impacts the Bannerman/Bull Headley/Killearn Lakes/Meridian/Ox Bottom/McBride/Coventry Banks and Summerbrooke neighborhoods, not only with increased traffic and overcrowding of our schools but also run off pollution and silt in our lakes and a likely decrease in the value of our homes.
