In the past few weeks, myself and friends have had altercations with the security guard #111 at Bang (and Next). Security guard #111 was both psychically and verbally abusive to a series of girls on the 11/2/2007 after they have asked for his help in being protected from a guy (who was not a regular patron of the club) who continued to sexually harass girls. There have been many other incidents involving this security guard, including one late last year in 2006 when one male regular was verbally attacking another patron and security guard. After his friends then apologized to this security guard and offered to take their friend outside and home, this bouncer (and another unknown) took the 3 males outside via the back entrance in the punk room to an alley way and began to beat them. The boys were hospitalized and nothing happened about this incident. These are just a few that I know about, I know there are more and you\'ve probably seen them yourself. This petition is OBVIOUSLY not compulsory. Sign it only if you agree. This petition is asking for the removal of Security Guard #111 from the venues Next and Bang. It also notes that whilst some of the security (#111) are harmful towards certain people for no particular reason; there are other security guards at this venue that do make us feel safe and don\'t use unnecessary violence towards people on a regular basis. Feeling safe is important in a place where you regularly attend and consume alcoholic beverages which impair your judgment. The people that protect us should make us feel safe and looked after.
