This petition is to band trans fat from Blaine county Restaurants. We are doing this to keep restaurant from cooking with hydrogenated oil. Cooking with oil allows the oil to last longer. It also has many health effects. Trans fat can increase your chance at getting cancer by five fold. Trans fat triples your chance at getting diabetes. Your body is only supposed to have two or less trans fat, and that occurs naturally from milk. The average American today eats about seven trans fat per day.

my husband is diabetic and it is so hard to find places to eat without worrying about what they cook the food in. please get this stuff out of our county.
