Ban sale of fireworks for private use, should be public displays only. Or at least get rid of the loud ones, they go on night after night! Started 2 weeks where I live.

Ban sales of fireworks until the second of November. This is getting ridiculous bangers going of all over middlesbrough day and night for months. I'm totally sick of it my dogs don't kno what's happening then they bark. Not fair on our animals.

I would go further and ban the sale of fireworks to the public full stop. There are plenty of organised displays. It would save a lot of distress to animals and also injuries to people

Ban firework sales until a few days before. My dogs are quivering wrecks!! In fact only have organised displays then everyone will be safe and we won't have kids throwing them about either!

With all the cruelty cases recently it is about time animals were afforded some protection in our society.

Fireworks are too open to misuse and every year some child or pet is maimed and the old and defenceless have to live in fear. Time to stop selling them to the general public.

Pets AND people are terrorised by fireworks, kids think they are fun to throw and we have this from October to New Year. Organised displays only

There is no need for them to be sold before 1st November.
