My dog is 10 and thought he was going to have a heart attack last night after the amount that were set off. Once or twice a year is bad enough but it's happening every weekend at the moment.

Don't have pets any more but know how terrified they are, used to have to have my dog sedated, not nice.

as someone who has a phobia of fireworks.. it is horrible when they are set off before bonfire night

I have 2 cats and 2 rabbits who are terrified of the sound of fireworks it needs to stop

Agreed, I love fireworks but should be for 5th November only. Can't stand to see my dog so frightened.

I say they should be a total ban on fireworks. They cost the NHS & Firebrigade alot of money dealing with injuries caused by them

It's unnecessary cruelty to animals! Bonfire night is for bonfire NIGHT! Not bonfire month!
