Ban the sale of fireworks until beginning of November

Fireworks should just be for organised displays on bonfire night .they seem to sell them far to early and just to anyone. it's so distressing watching your pets getting stressed night after night .Then there's the horrible stories we have to hear when idiots have hurt or killed animals with fireworks .

One of my dogs is so anxious he is regularly sick because of the fireworks suffering them got such a long period is heart breaking

Please sign me up asap , I will try to raise awareness to this petition and share the hell out of it as a dog owner I feel strongly about the whole situation and demand some justice for our pets !!!

My rescue dog is petrified of them...have to turn music or the TV up, close windows and cuddle him

People don't understand how much it can stress out a dog it doesn't bother mine but my mum's dog is usually on the verge of panic attacks every night

BAN public sales...formal displays only. NO BANGERS at all

Fireworks come in shops far to early

Explosions in streets at all hours and for weeks on end are not acceptable. Animals and ex service personnel are vulnerable and this is unacceptably stressful. Make only silent fireworks available.

I agree I have a lab puppy just 13 weeks old and last night there was fire works going off ,My westie lilly was hypo for two hours she couldnt breath come on you people think of others

Fireworks should be used for one night only. Before then they are used as weapons and missiles to terrify animals and the elderly. Naive young people don't understand the distress they can cause. 5 days is plenty of time to buy what you need for the 5th.

I have two small chihuahuas who are absolutley terrified of fireworks. Its awful seeing the state they get into when people are letting them off at all hours. I arent against fireworks but having them at organised displays for one night seems fair to me!

As a pet owner for all my life i've seen first hand how distressing it is for my pets on the run up to bonfire night, usually many weeks before. Why the hell do the retailers have them for sale 6 weeks before bonfire night?? More money to be made i guess.

This frightens our animals and should be stopped to prevent heart attacks and fear
