im currently putting together all these signatures so i can send them over to the commissioner soon. hearing from you all about why this safety issue matters so much has been really eye opening for me.

im honestly blown away by how many people are backing this and seeing everyone care about officer safety is really encouraging. this momentum means we have a real chance to get someone in charge to actually listen to our concerns.

cost cutting over safety is a disgrace. they deal with enough as it is without being out there completely alone.
THESE OFFICERS PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE FOR US. THE LEAST WE CAN DO IS MAKE SURE THEY HAVE BACKUP.
Too dangerous for them to be alone. Back up is needed instantly sometimes. Change this now.
common sense says 2 is better than 1. keep them safe.
100% agree. fix this before someone gets hurt bad.

My brother is an officer and I worry sick every night he is on a solo shift. It just isnt safe.
