Llani Fancy Dress has been a long standing local event to Mid Wales, but after this year it is apparent that the security provided isn't enough and the police cannot cope with the number of incidents which arise, with dire consequences. We the undersigned wish that Llani Fancy Dress TO be banned for 2012.
