The sale of fireworks should be banned in Harris County. The noise is a nuisance as well as a hazard. They frighten pets and disrupt the lives of our veterans with ptsd.

With the number of professional fireworks displays in Houston individuals doing their own is unnecessary. My family have been in Texas since 1832. We have been in Harris County since 1933. Everyone doing fireworks time has passed
