Please get rid of intrusive fireworks in all subdivisions, city incorporated or not. They do not allow people to sleep, they cause immense distress civilians in their homes, to pets, wildlife, are pollutative, a fire hazard, etc.

Personally, I enjoy fireworks (ON DAYS THAT DESERVE THEM) but, Christmas eve until 2 or 3am? Come on!!! Kids need to sleep so Santa can do his thing at a decent hour, otherwise parents are miserable on Christmas day with the excitement of gifts, meal prep, ect. On only an hour or 2 of sleep(if you're lucky).. common sense and common courtesy has become a myth. If only kids had an upbringing similar to mine with yes ma'am/sir no ma'am/sir, got your bell rung by the occasional demon smacked out of me (VERY much deserved for being so disrespectful) we'd all live in a better world.  Anyway, fireworks... I don't think they should be banned, but restricted to certain days and set hours. Enforcement is key. If a pilot can pinpoint the exact location of a kid shining a laser at him from 40 thousand feet, I'm sure the proper authorities can find where the explosions are happening here on the ground.  End of rant... lol  If you read this til the end, I'd like to wish all of you a Happy Holidays! God Bless!

I am tired of being kept up by loud noise, my pets being terrified, lawn furniture being burned. It is time to ban fireworks in all of harris county. Next year I will vote for the person who will work to ban them.
