The feedback I am hearing from neighbors shows deep concern about the noise and safety issues a cabaret license creates in our residential area. This is not the proper location. Furthermore, the patrons create an unsavory environment during late hours on our neighboring streets. There is a litter problem now and we never had one before the arrival of this establishment. The noise created by the patrons walking in groups to their cars at late hours is a constant disruption to my sleep. Lastly, the patrons are taking up an excessive amount of parking on the nearby streets. I have never feared walking my dog at night and now due to the unsavory clientele of this establishment, I am fearful when walking the dog in the evenings.

Too much traffic already on grand ave. finding parking is a nightmare as it is without people blocking my driveway to go party.

My kids live here and it used to be quiet but not anymore. We dont need music and drinking right next to our homes. Keep it in a commercial zone.

Ms. Myles thank you. Everyone who has given this all a thought thank you. Take notice of school communities, church communities throughout Nassau County, 90% of the time you will not see a club/lounge of any sort within a one mile radius.

THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL AREA. NOT A CLUB ZONE. NO CABERET LICENSE.

The noise is unbearable on weekends. Why would anyone think this is a good spot for a lounge? Enough is enough.

I have lived on north william str for 14 years, ever since this establishment has been in place it has caused trouble for our neighborhood. It is extremely difficult to turn from Grand Ave onto N. William Str. In the evenings some times stranding you in the way of on coming traffic because you are unable to complete your turn due to the fact that either patrons are blocking the street and refuse to move or their is broken glasses in the street or the cars are double parked or illegally parked making it impossible to pass . The Patrons are often rude and disrespectful of the fact that it is a residential area and play music loud, yell out in the streets late at night , park to close to driveways , or block driveways w their cars. Stand near homes late at night talking and laughing still drinking and leaving their glasses from the Black Pearl on the sidewalk or street. One of the worst most offensive thing I have seen is the dumpster out on the sidewalk on N. WILL I AM STR has been seen during the day and especially at night w many large rats. This is not an industrial area or NYC this is the suburbs in Nassau County where we pay high taxes we should not be seeing rats in our neighborhood. We should not be afraid of coming down our street when that club is open at night because their clientele choices to block the street , refuse to move than try and intimidate you or hit your car or force you to change your route home. This is our home . This is where we live , this is where our children play . We do not want this in our neighborhood.
