Kirklees Council remains silent while people continue to gamble with their lives trying to cross the B6117. I am tired of their excuses about budget constraints when public safety is clearly not their priority. They will keep ignoring this danger until we force them to look at the traffic every single day.

Kirklees Council ignored us for long enough but this surge of support proves they cannot pretend this danger does not exist anymore. We have built enough momentum to force them to look at the blood on their hands instead of their empty budgets.

About time!!
Used to walk my kids to school through there all the time and it is a nightmare. Traffic goes way too fast on that road. Someone is going to get hit eventually.

Need a crossing ASAP. It is dangerous for the kids going to the park. The council needs to sort this out before a tragedy happens.
