Tell the Baltimore City Council here that you are AGAINST local bills 12-0032 & 12-0033, and ask them to 'AX the TAX' initiative that would disproportiantely hurt local taxpayers!

I have been hearing from so many small business owners who are terrified that this tax hike will force them to close their doors for good. We are still fighting to make the city council listen to the people who actually live and work in these neighborhoods.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that I am not the only one worried about how these rising costs will crush our neighborhood businesses. We are building real pressure against this unfair tax and I appreciate everyone who has stepped up to help protect our community.

prices are crazy high here already. we need a break not more taxes.
so tired of these greedy local bills. stop punishing the residents.
Living in the city is expensive enough as it is. Stop trying to nickel and dime us for everything we do.
Keep it at 2 cents. 5 cents is way too much for a bottle tax. fix the budget without taxing the people who have the least to give.
Already high enough. Leave our wallets alone.

RIDICULOUS. People will just drive to the county. All this does is hurt the local shops in Bmore.
