My wife and I are retired senior citizens, 75 and 80 years old respectively. We live with a fixed income, Social Security does not provide for these additional fees that these idiots in the City Council and the Mayor's Office are constantly adding to the daily expenses we incur. Stop these unnecessary charges, and lets kick these Bums out of office in the next election cycle.
Why not fine those who spit on the ground, and those who litter on the streets? There is such a great number of people spitting on the ground these days, even in subway trains! The City will surely generate a lot of money from fining those people while at the same time, help Keep NYC cleaner, more sanitary.

do not tax bags seniors can't afford it, not fair that food stamps recipeints don't have to pay tax on bags they should pay and seniors do not get food stamps and we should not pay we are over age 65 not fair.
