Seeing the list grow makes me realize how many other families are just as worried about our children as I am. We are almost at one hundred signatures so please help us reach that milestone before we walk into the school board meeting.

Looking forward to the Aventura Police Department to protect AWK8 as much as they protect ACES. AKW8 is a school almost exclusively for Aventura , time for the Aventura Police to recognize and participate protecting our kids.
The City of Aventura should grant Awk8 school protection (armed sheriff) even though the school is not in City grounds. Considering that it has many more students than ACES (which has city benefits and armed protection). And are the kids of Aventura’s tax payer residents who go there and should have the benefits .
We need law enforcement officers at our school to protect the children and staff.. to be able to react immediately in case something happens... their presence also scares away many of the bad intended people that want to harm innocent children just to get attention! Let’s react now to prevent! It is the safety of our children! The future of this country!

As a mother I worry for my daughter and all the kids safety in the school ,, please let’s bring the police enforcement presence and regain the respect and protection in are community showing that we are all together against to any type of violence.
