La probleme est simple: on veut pas un centre mega d'achat dans la campagne! Signez avant Dimanche Sept 1. La vote prend place sur le 3, Septembre. The problem is straightforward: We do not want a shopping mega plex in the countryside. Due date for us is when the Counsel is to vote on a resolution to support a mega shopping centre. That is on Tuesday, September 3rd. Therefore Sunday, Sept.1 is when we hope to gather all the signatures.
