I was told by my Father that I should bring this important news, to other people who have Autism, more importantly Aspergers. This rather deleterious situation happened a couple months ago. But it still shocks and makes me disgusted till this day that it happened, and makes me abhor the fact that it did happen in a court room. I shall not abstain myself, so, please, bare with me, because I do hope you will all find the conclusion most amicable.

A couple of Months ago, I had been denied my right to speak in front of several people in a court room, to stand up for my step mother because I was Autistic. and yes, it was specifically because of that very reason. I was qualified to stand up for her in various ways, but, because the judge had found out I was autistic, I was denied my right to speak. Basically being told that because I was Autistic, I was therefore "Unintelligent" and was not able to be brought to the front of the court to have my say. I swear to you all, that I am not making any of this up, that what I bring fourth to you is very true.

They were brusque in their thinly veiled biased statements, and extremely condescending. When I was at first hoping that I could finally speak up and be able to settle such things, hoping some compassion would be seen in what I would say and a compromise to be given. Instead I was met with a back handed slap of Ignorance.
