I'm not sure how you can justify a fee increase of over three times the current rate! This type of rate increase is unjustifiable!

Please don't do this. We are now asked to pay more than if the dog was in for thirty days under the old scheme and also have to pay for a visit if we are allowed. This is just excessive

Absolutely disgraceful and unjustified. This will deter many pet owners like myself from bringing their pets over! We were planning to bring our 2 dogs over but with this increase we are seriously reconsidering leaving them behind... I urge you to reconsider as this is just being pure greedy and unfair...
