URGENT: Carers in Financial Stress under Albanese Government: Need Increased Rates, Carer Parking Permit, Super and Concessions Albanese Government has completely neglected Carers who save the Government 80 Billion Dollars every year yet are in deep financial strife. Carer Allowance and Carer Supplements are an insult and need to be updated to be minimum Pension Rates. Carer Pension itself should be doubled. All Carers need a Concession Card, Carer Parking Permit, Carer Parking Reserved Places and Super. Carers are already in too much stress to pay for and find parking spots while caring for Vulnerable Australians. Abolish Income Test for Carer Payment and Carer Allowance.

All Australian Carers must get Concession Card, Carer Parking Permit and Supier as Carers who are the backbone of Australia's economy are struggling to meet basic needs. Increase Carer Allowance and Carer Supplement to match Carer Payment as Carers cannot survive on current rates. Double Carer Payment Rates otherwise Carers wont survive. Living on the carer allowance is impossible right now. We save the govt so much money and get treated like we dont matter. Bring back the bonus please.

Its getting really hard to keep up with bills. My partner needs constant care and I cant work full time. The bonus was a huge help for us.

Fix this now. Ministers get pay rises but carers get nothing. Pay us what we deserve.

CARERS ARE BROKE. Every year prices go up but our payment stays the same. The extra money at the end of the year was the only way we could afford car rego and insurance. Give it back.
