Hello! My name is Audrey Hofstetter and I am a current junior studying Advocacy: Concentration in law, and Business here at Illinois Wesleyan. Serving on Student Senate would enable me to continue to lead throughout the campus of Illinois Wesleyan and serve the community. I recently finished my roles as Vice President of Marketing for Alpha Gamma Delta Xi Chapter and Vice President of Programming and Marketing for the Panhellenic Council. I have also served as captain of the women’s soccer team. My career goal is to do good for the community and work in law. I am volunteering at the McLean County Public Defender’s office this semester to support Bloomington within their Law and Justice Center. With plans of applying to law school this fall, I believe Student Senate will encourage me to use my skills to help the campus community even further. I want to make real change and this position will give me opportunities to do that. When working in law, my voice helps give others a voice who may not have one. I aim to be a continued leader to support our university and community.
