As neighbors of Pearson Place and in regards to the issue of sharing our amenities and pool with subdivisions Heritage Oaks and The Cottages, I support not only physically, but financially for obtaining the attorney to defend our right as our community (Pearson Place Proper from Avery Ranch to Neenah, Phase I to IV), and only our community, the use of the pool and amenities.

The amount will be agreed upon as a community before any charges will be incurred, and all possible charges will be presented to the community before moving forward. I agree to pay upwards of and no more than $100 for my part to defend our rights to do so through another means in the future. We will be collecting the funds for the attorney services IN ANOTHER MANNER, like Paypal or Fund Me (NOT through iPetitions).
