We, the undersigned, do not think that the STAT membership had sufficient time for a properly informed debate or enough time for consultation on the issues of NOS and CNHC. We call upon Council to take no further action on NOS/CNHC compliance until the membership has had sufficient time for debate and consultation (over at least two issues of Statnews) on NOS and CNHC, and new votes on these two issues are arranged for a future AGM or Exraordinary General Meeting.
