Recently basketball season has ended and all women and men's winter sports have been told that we are not able to use the athletic locker room. Putting all after school sports and activity participants in the same locker room. No room at all in one locker room filled with several sports teams. With track, soccer, Lacrosse, tennis, both varsity and jv for both sports it's so crowded and no where to even change which makes it more likely to misplace your bags and sports gea or have someone take it. Banning athletes from the athletic locker room makes us feel like our sport isn't good enough. Varsity players rely on having the athletic locker room to leave their things there in the morning and be able to get to it in any time of the day and not worry about it getting stolen. If everyone were to leave their bags in one small locker room filled with over 60 students, many things would be stolen. Sign this petition for student ATHLETES to get right to use the ATHLETIC locker room.

this is ridiculous, how do they expect everyone to be dressed and ready on time without struggling to keep up with their stuff and not getting it mixed up with others ?
i totally agree with this, we have the same problem at sequoyah high school. basketball thinks they own the school when they don't, basketball isn't the only sport at the school. or football
it makes no sense to put the whole school in one room when practice is starting. we're gonna be late for warmups every single day because of this.
Lacrosse, tennis, soccer and track are sports too. Not just basketball and football. If athletes aren't allowed to use the athletic locker room then don't call it the ATHLETIC locker room. Call it the "basketball and football only" locker room.
The locker rooms are already over crowded theres no nedd to shove more people in there when there is a perfectly usable one available.

my stuff goes missing constantly when it gets this crowded. just let us use the lockers we were assigned.
