Athens ISD Board of Trustees - Reconsider and Vote Down the $4,000,000 Press Box

One thing that is needed is lighting on the “Home” entrance to Bruce Field. Specifically the brick wall with the name on the street level. It’s way too dark and there were kids standing there that could barely be seen. Thanks.

Athens has homeless people living in the woods, inferior housing for low income people and lots of other issues in need of funding. This is an obscene use of our funds. Sports is not a priority to most of us.

This is ridiculous. There's SO MUCH that NEEDS to be done HERE. How about lights on the roads to see. There's several out that they haven't even attermpted to fix. I've been here 10 years and nothing. People are having to be home by dark because they can't see Our household?DOESN'TT Drive period after dark. Give the teens something to do, fix the Cain center pool. There's no rec center, no pool. No place to hang out. I think the press box is a stupid idea. They could donate to DISCIPLES CLINIC, THE Rebecca Project, or get seniors to come in and help young kids by reading or whatever. Do something ATHENS really NEEDS
