Athens ISD Board of Trustees - Reconsider and Vote Down the $4,000,000 Press Box

Don’t spend tax money this way.

We don’t need to keep building onto the football field. If anything, we should put that money towards the baseball and softball fields.

4 million on a press box is to much I understand 1 million but not 4

Athens ISD, you are really disappointing me being my alumni school; and the place I call home, don’t need to make tax payer for unnecessary items. Focus on better education for our children and tools our teachers need.

This is a want, and not a need. This is something that only helps the athletic side of the parents and students. Put safety first, and prioritize. Maybe use that money to raise wages of bus drivers so you guys don’t have a sign out year round stating “bus drivers needed”

This is ridiculous and unneeded! Do something ALL kids can benefit from!!! Not just the boys and trying to show how cool you THINK you look AISD.
