Athens ISD Board of Trustees - Reconsider and Vote Down the $4,000,000 Press Box

Please reverse this decision for a 4 million dollar press box! This is the most ridiculous move the board has made yet!

Come on Athens. Do better. There’s hungry kids , poorly paid teachers, a sad and losing football team, and now parents have to find daycares on Friday! You could help your community or hurt it. Up to you! Stop being greedy with unecessary spending! God bless.

Rennovations are needed but not to the tune of $4.1million. Build playgrounds or more room at the middle school so those students can us the lockers.

Please reconsider. I believe you can upgrade press box and do many other things that would benefit the kids.

I am against paying for this 4 million dollar press box. I feel we can use these funds way more efficiently.

We don’t need a $4 million press box. That kind of money can be used in a better way.
