This is a petition to get Asus to refund the people that have purchased the O'Play HD2 in good faith only to find that firmware update after firmware update the product still does not perform as advertised.
The stories shared in the comments confirm that many of you purchased this device expecting basic functionality that Asus simply failed to deliver. I am currently compiling these accounts into a formal document to present to their consumer relations department so they can no longer ignore the scale of this frustration.

Reaching this level of support confirms that my frustrations with the O'Play HD2 are shared by many who expected a functional product. This momentum is a clear reminder that companies remain accountable to their customers even after a sale is finalized.

ASUS needs to own up to this. it was expensive and it barely works. DO BETTER.
