I have taking ASL Classes with Ms Frasier, and I believe that she is very capable to teach ASL at any educational institution.
We NEED more Deaf teachers for ASL! Hearing teachers are not the same.

A master's in education and deaf, she would be a better teacher than one hearing person who has studied from a book and got a degree in how to communicate with the dead. That is like asking a master chef to take a job at McDonald's and asking if he can cook.
