To often we say we have to wait till the courts convict a person before the association can act. The courts are busy and they often times do not care or have the knowledge about what actions cause certain injuries. This lagging in and lack of action often times reflects badly on our events and associations.
Up until now the only thing we did was hide our heads and hope it goes away. We say it is time to stop doing nothing and we request that the NRHA and the AQHA start by suspending both Mark Arballo and Kyle Weston Iif they have not already by the time we reach our goal and present this petition to the Associations.).

The NRHA and the AQHA are still hiding behind pathetic excuses while abusers continue to operate in our industry. I am currently compiling a list of these individuals to show the board that their refusal to act is an absolute disgrace to the sport.

the associations should not be allowing these types of memebers, and if they do allow them its going to look like they suport these cruel abusers
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. quit protecting these guys just cause they have money. do the right thing for once.
total greed is all i see here. how can anyone watch this and be okay with it
i stoped watching the reining events because of all the bad press around trainers like this. clean up the industry already.
its sickening that these people are still aloud to compete while the poor horses suffer just for a ribbon

Mr. Weston is still riding in his abusive ways and will never quit as long as people still use him. He just keeps moving from town to town.
