The Bill was written ". . . . of the developers, by the developers, and for the developers." HOAs, which are mini-governments, must derive their powers from the consent of the governed. Please veto this Bill and appoint a representative task force to study the issues and develop a better, fairer, and more comprehensive system of HOA laws.

Please Governor Bradley Little to veto House Bill 361. I really does not help HOA home owners. Especially when you have an HOA Board that does not follow Federal and Idaho State laws. One example is having open Board Meetings. Our HOA Board does NOT have open Board Meetings. They have meetings but do not let homeowners know when. Even when they have been given the information, they still do not do it. Homeowners have no way other than hire a lawyer to make the HOA Board members to do what is legal. There is no transparency. No way to make the HOA Board to be transparent other than hire a lawyer. That is not fair that we have to hire a lawyer to get the HOA Board to do what the laws tells the Board. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN BILL 361. W need more protection for the homeowners.

Builders and developers in the valley are already creating future ghettos with lowest quality materials and labor. It’s way past time to give them LESS leverage not more. DO NOT PASS OR ALLOW LAWS LIKE THIS!

Please veto HB 361. HOA control should be turned over to owners at 75% occupancy, not 95%. Thanks so very much.

Please Governor Little, Veto HB 361. I am a property owner who has experienced negative outcomes for the way the current law is written and would like any future changes to benefit the common peoples regarding HOA laws. Due to the way the law is written, it did not even get followed remotely close regarding the % sold before the HOA got turned over to the Homeowners. Not only did that occur, but the amount in the yearly dues also doubled by the following year. Funds missing and or unaccounted for by the developer/builder.

Please veto Bill 361

Developers and builders already have unfair benefits when it comes to HOAs. Do NOT give them additional, unfair benefits.

Please protect homeowners.
