Please veto this bill. Each HOA is ultimately a pact we make with each other to promote what is best for our neighborhood. It is common knowledge that developers in Idaho use HOA CC&Rs to push through savings for them while leaving neighborhoods stuck with the bill and legal hassles that neighborhood HOAs must navigate in order to have equitable CC&Rs.

We should not even have to fight for this. Too much control is given to begin with. Homeowners need to have the control and the HOA needs to follow it.

The Bridgetower HOA management company is corrupt. The nearly 1,000 members need your protection from a California-based company.

You should look to Nevada's HOA laws-much fairer to tenants.

Please veto this bill HOA’s have way too much control that they do not need. It’s almost like communist government within housing development.

This bill is not right. You should sign a bill that limits the rights of HOA's not homeowners.

This bill is a disgrace. It stands up against the Constitution. You all have been notified. You are supposed to represent the people not the developers or your new “declarant”category.
