Walt Disney is making Aladdin (live-action) which takes place in Baghdad, Iraq - and this is huge news! The actors who will play Aladdin and Jasmine will represent their country in a positive magical light. A huge world of little Arab girls and boys (in particular refugees) will reflect themselves in a feature film for the first time in world history.
The dream would be that Disney found Iraqi actors to play the characters but we know it can be hard so we're asking the company and producers (i.e. Max Keen and Dan Lin) for your efforts to (as stated): "keep this live-action as authentic as possible." and seek out Arab actors.

its about time our culture gets some real representation on screen instead of just stereotypes. please disney just cast middle eastern actors for once.
