For all of those who ordered Asda shopping with discount vouchers only to have their orders cancelled due to a glitch, we want to make our voices heard. There was no specific terms and conditions to enable them to rescind this voucher, merely that it could be used a maximum of 4 times per customer.
This is a violation of the sale of goods act 1989 which states that once a contract is entered (i.e. confirmation emails) they are bound to uphold that contract.
Several orders have already been completed, delivered or collected, and therefore honoured. We'd all like the same applied to our orders!
HEY! ASDA! GIVE US WHAT WE ORDERED!
