I really never expected this many people to feel just as annoyed about those cancelled orders as I do. It is honestly wild seeing everyone piling on here and sharing their own stories because it proves we are right about the contract rules even if they act like it never happened.

Sort it out ASDA. You can't just pick and choose which orders to keep.
This is so dodgy. My friend got hers delivered but mine got wiped. How is that fair???
ASDA are a joke. Take the money and run but cancel the order if they make a mistake? Unfair.
Same happened to me. They sent the email saying it was all good and then cancelled it the next day. So annoyed right now.
total rubbish. they need to honor the contract. you cant just cancel because you messed up your own system

Ridiculous. My order was confirmed and then just cancelled out of nowhere. If they offer a discount they should stick to it like any other shop.
