Please consider Plan B. Having everything, including our schools, was an important part of our decision in buying in Siena.

Absolutely ridiculous. Plan A makes zero sense. Town Center WILL INDEED be moved again. There are other, much better options (Willowcove, Preserve apartments). Town Center is unique and some people only have a golf cart. This will create hardship for some families!

I want my children to stay at Palm Valley Academy. We specifically purchased our home in the Town Center to be able to attend the closest school. This will definitely have a negative impact on the children if forced to move. There are other neighborhoods that have yet to be built in the Town Center, but under plan A they would go to PVA. They haven’t even formed ties or relationships with coaches, teachers or administration. Makes absolutely no sense to have us move over 5 miles away. Due to extracurricular activities my children often bike home. It will be a long dangerous trek when they have 3 times the distance to cover if attending the new school.

For all Nocatee Town Center homeowners this is a major consideration ...whether for their owns children or in the event of re-sale. We live in Town Center for the simplicity and convenience of life. Many of us passed up larger fancier homes for this reason.

Please consider Plan B and keeping Lakeside zoned at the current school. Moving us again makes no sense and Plan A appears to have some bias or other conflict of interest.

Correction: points north to include all Town Center neighborhoods should remain at PVA.

Rezoning based on neighborhoods is fine; but be consistent. Breaking apart Town Center West from the rest of the Town Center neighborhoods makes little sense. Kids in The Reserve apartments are physically closer to Valley Ridge Academy vs Palm Valley vs the new Academy school. Look at the whole picture - if you cannot be consistent then the use of geographical areas such as roads should, in-fact, be the denominator. South of Preservation Trail would attend new school up to Cross Town; point south (to include all Town Center neighborhoods) would be zoned for Palm Valley Academy.

Having another school re-zoning for my children would be detrimental to their education and emotional well-being. They have been rezoned already from Ocean Palms. They are twice exceptional and gifted and have only started to recover from trauma in their family. Indeed, another transition would slash gains made in social skills, emotional regulation and executive functioning. Please reconsider and choose plan B.

We would like to vote for plan B. Plan A makes no sense to our neighborhood as we are so close to PVA

Plan A was put together with bias (Board member). This needs to be a logical decision such as plan B. Town center Children should remain in their current school which will be 8 miles closer than the proposed plan A. Vote plan B please

Our community is one of the closest to PVA at 1.9 miles, to move our kids to the new MM school which is 10 miles away makes no sense.

Towne Center needs to stay at PVA so that we are able to golf cart our kids to school & keep our neighborhood together.
