I have been hearing stories from many of you about the lack of communication from Artisan and it confirms exactly why I started this process. The frustration in our buildings is palpable and my goal is to ensure our concerns are finally documented and addressed by the freeholders.

Seeing so many neighbors speak up confirms what I have felt living here for years. This momentum proves that we all deserve better management for our homes.

The hallway carpet has been stained for months and they just ignore every email I send. Enough is enough.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. Get them out.

Finally. They are never in the office when you need them and the building is falling apart despite the service charges keep going up every single year.
