In speaking with many of our neighbors, demand for turf among homeowners has grown. The turf of today is low- maintenance, durable, pet-friendly, long-lasting, offers flexible design options, and will provide a green, vibrant space that can be enjoyed all year round with little upkeep. Currently, the Ternbridge governing documents do not allow artificial turf. We would like gauge homeowners interest in amending the governing documents so that residence can install turf in backyards. Please take a moment to submit your email below. Thank you for you time.

Should be no reason why homeowners cannot install turf on their property. Can you see turf more and more around places now it looks very nice.
