Totally unnecessary when attendance and participation is down, not to mention the safety concerns. Let’s find a more inclusive and educational endeavor to support!!
There is no need for this project. Grass is safer and more environmentally friendly.
It's unnecesary, less safe and the funds required may be spent on education and school buildings infrastructure.
A board full of local business owners and an individual who isn’t even allowed to coach football. Turf raises major red flags. Health/injury concerns, environmental concerns. Not to mention, further tax burden on the taxpayers and we don’t even have enough players to field a team without the help of a neighboring town.
I see a class action lawsuit on the horizon and state investigation for proper allocation of resources. Very shady stuff going on here with only one main winner.

The manner in which this proposal is being pushed through via a Trojan Horse by individuals with direct conflicts of interest with the proposed project. The very appearance of impropriety is enough to warrant alarm. To say nothing of the myriad additional concerns.
