The Town Meeting voted to amend the bylaws and approve our off-leash zones. We turned those 634 signatures into real policy change for Arlington dogs. Stay tuned to the website for updates on how to use the new spaces as they open.
I hereby add my support to Arlington Dog Owners Group\'s efforts to gain off-leash exercise and socialization options for dogs and their owners in Arlington. Specifically, I urge Arlington Town Meetiing to amend the Bylaws to allow dogs off leash in parks across Arlington, under certain reasonable conditions and at certain reasonable times. In addition, I urge the Town of Arlington to act in a timely manner to establish legal off-leash recreational facilities such as the dog parks already allowed under current Bylaws.
We are approaching five hundred signatures and need to maintain this momentum to catch the attention of Town Meeting. Post this petition on your Facebook page right now and text three friends to ask them to sign before the day ends.

Just give us a small fenced area. That is all we are asking for.

About time! Arlington is behind on this. So many other towns have great parks for dogs.

Ridiculous how hard it is to find a spot for a dog to just be a dog in this town.

Living in an apartment with no yard is ruff. We just want a place where our pups can run around safely without getting in trouble.
