The undersigned being a valid registered voter in the State of Arizona and/or having received Homeopathic Medical Services from a licensed Arizona MD/DO MD(H)Physician do encourage the Arizona Legislature and Governor to pass and sign the renewal bills to renew the Homeopathic Law for its maximum allowable number of years. We believe that all citizens deserve freedom of choice in the style of healthcare that they receive and that proper regulation is necessary to protect the health and welfare of the public.
