We, the residents, property owners, and Hoboken tax payers residing at Ariel Square Condominium building located at 636 Fifth Street in Hoboken, NJ 07030 find the motorized toy car noise and associated noise from individuals congregating inside and outside the garage located directly across from the main entrance of the Ariel Square Condominium building (636 Fifth Street in Hoboken, NJ 07030) to be loud, distracting, and offensive. This habitual noise reduces our quality of life and potentially our property values. We, the undersigned, kindly request that the individual named in Hoboken, NJ complaint # SC 2009-017-527, Anthony M Aurigemma, along with indiviuals congregating at this said garage, located directly across from Ariel Square Condominium Building, refrain from running toy car motors (idle and running on and off street), loud car stereos, and provoking dogs/dog barking with the motorized cars at and around this garage and across from the Ariel Square Condominium Building between the hours of 9 PM and 8 AM, 7 days a week. We, the undersigned, thank you for your time and consideration of our request.
