We need more skateparks so why the hell not lol

Skateparks are hard enough to come by in Scotland, decent ones anyway. There's no need for more shops, but there's a need for community, always.

The actual site doesn’t matter but there needs to be recreational space for all ages

More investment needs to be made in outdoor recreation facilities for younger people, so I think a concrete skatepark would have a tremendous positive impact on Helensuburgh.

Let’s support all the local shops we have already and build a proper skate park and space for a clean safe fair ground or swings something for the children to enjoy, make the front a community place we want to meet up enjoy helensburgh life.

Kids need a great skatepark in an open well lit and busy location to help keep them all safe. All kids skate, scoot or bmx. Let’s embrace it!

Keep the skate park

A concrete park will give skaters and riders a place to express their creativity and talent, and will go some way to safeguarding the CHORD project street furniture from being used.
